In the hospital morgue, for unknown reasons, an electric surge occurs, it was so strong that it revives a recently deceased infant. This mysterious event gave the baby a new life, and not only, because now he has been given a special power, which he will learn about when he grows up. Ken was secretly photographing corpses in the morgue when he saw the miracle that happened and decides to take the rescued baby. Now it's his sister, in whom he dotes, they live in the same apartment and know their secrets only together. Tess is able to manipulate electricity, she is able to control it as she pleases.

The girl does not even imply that she was revived by electricity, all her sixteen years she thought that she was abandoned. As a teenager, she desperately wanted to see her mother, but Ken did not tell her and hid a lot. When the reborn managed to discover the mysterious photos of those days, the man begins to confront her, but in a fit of anger, Tessa's strength increases incredibly and she kills her named brother. From that moment on, she begins her independent life, where she discovers new horizons for herself.
