This artistic painting originates on an island called Hashima. However, its indigenous people decided to give this place a different name, calling it Kunham. This island is very close to Nagasaki. Thus, this place became a gathering of Chinese prisoners of war, as well as people who moved from Korea. It was very difficult to make an escape, but there was still a small probability. So the main role is played by Lee Gang-ok, the man leading the orchestra. At one point, he is persuaded by one person to get a job in Japan, giving his guarantees of one hundred percent employment. However, Lee did not even suspect how it would all end for him.
