In a small town located near the state border between the United States of America and Mexico, every day a large number of illegal immigrants try to cross the forbidden line in search of a better life. Mexicans move to the United States in a variety of, sometimes unusual ways. Periodically, there are cases when people disappear without a trace, without reaching their destination.

One day, four comrades, dreaming of earning money in a neighboring country, get into a car of strangers, and soon find themselves in a luxurious estate owned by a wealthy married couple. Ben and Lisa Rhodes promise to pay generously for the work of four friends. Contrary to expectations, the main characters find themselves in a very difficult situation. A rich family demanded physically strong guys to work around the clock, and if they refused to work, the spouses threatened to use weapons.
