Action of movie develops in the large city of Mumbai. The main character, the economic woman by name Il, tries to correct the relations with the spouse. In the past they passionately loved each other, but years of marriage changed a situation, and even more often in the house there are conflicts. Once she learns about the new delivery service of food under the name "Lunchbox" and decides that it is an interesting way to surprise the husband.
